Shipping Time Frames
Ready to wear garment ships within 5-10 business days.
If you need a “Ready to wear” garment within 5 business days you MUST select Express shipping at checkout.
Custom Garments Shipping Time Frames
Every piece is custom made by hand to each customers specific measurements, height and color requested, due to the high demand of our product orders will typically take 2-3 weeks to make. If you need a deadline secured you can request to place a RUSH ORDER and receive your piece by a deadline (details below).
If you need A “Custom Pieces” garment within 2-3 weeks you must add the “Rush my order” product to your cart which you can find under the custom pieces tab.
Rush Shipping
To place a rush order you must select the add on RUSH MY ORDER or email Lifeofbrittnii@gmail.com or text 470-602-3311 with your full name & event date if doable i will begin processing your rush order request immediately
Measurements
How do I get my measurements?
It is VERY important you give me the correct measurements. I will provide you with all of the measurements needed. Walmart, Jo Ann's and Michael's have measuring tapes available for $1. Alterations shops and local seamstresses can take your measurements for free as well. Local customers can get them taken by me. (Houston,TX)
Can you make changes/customizations to one of your designs?
Yes. All pieces are custom made so it is easy for me to make small changes for you. Simply email Lifeofbrittnii@gmail.com or text 470-602-3311 the customizations you would like .

FREE Alterations
I offer 100% free alterations on all items. If a product does not fit for any reason i am more than happy to alter it so it will fit you. Please include a picture of you wearing the piece and a detailed description of alteration needed, so i can ensure it fits you perfectly.
***Please note:
• All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed within 10 days for out of town alterations. Local clients MUST try on same day (Houston,TX)
• I only offer ONE time alterations and do not cover return shipping costs.
• For any further alterations after the first, there may be a labor charge.
• Please email or text pictures of yourself in the garment for alterations to Lifeofbrittnii@gmail.com 470-602-3311
Returns & Refunds
What is your Return Policy?
Since every piece is made custom for each individual customer's specific measurements and color requests, I can not offer refunds. I can do absolutely NO exchanges or refunds. However, I still want all customers to be happy with our services. If you have any concerns please reach out to us at Lifeofbrittnii@gmail.com or text 470-602-3311 Please note, I can only do 100% FREE alterations. It is expected there will be sizing adjustments, imperfections and slight alterations needed on items, please make sure to order with enough time to allow time to take advantage of our 100% free alterations if needed. If you do not have time to utilize our 100% free alterations but you'd like alterations then you would have to get those done locally and incur the costs yourself if you don't want to send them back to me.
Are deposits or custom designs refundable?
Deposits and custom designs are 100% non refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to purchase fabrics, materials and LOCK IN your order. So once a deposit is paid I immediately use it to purchase the materials/fabrics to make your gown; therefore, I can not issue refunds under any circumstance.
How do I track my package?
When item is shipped a tracking link will automatically be emailed to you . If you have not received the tracking link and you are wanting an estimated shipment date please email Lifeofbrittnii@gmail.com or text 470-602-3311 "track package" and provide me with your full name.
